It is my second year returning to Dr. Andrew's lab as a research assistant. My research interests include the analytical rumination hypothesis and evolutionary adaptations for anxiety disorders. I hope to evaluate the evolutionary adaptations of anxiety through our library study. Aside from my research interests at the EvoHealth Lab, I am also involved with research at the Anxiety Treatment Research Centre of St. Joseph's Healthcare and the MacAnxiety Research Centre. Being involved with the studies at the EvoHealth Lab allowed me to be more educated and aware of the evolutionary perspective in mental health.
